Hot Wings

We’ve had hot wings in a lot of places, and they have been good, but the hot wings at Pusser’s Marina Cay were so good we had to come back again and again for more.  Pusser’s, famous for their rum, has a number of locations, primarily in the Caribbean.  Marina Cay is a small island off Beef Island/Tortola, which always seems to be surrounded by sailboats.  No boat?  If you’re on Beef Island, give them a call, and they will send a boat to pick you up at Trellis Bay.  Staying at Scrub Island?  Give them a call, and they’ll pick you up.  A word of warning: If the boat just left for Trellis Bay, it will be a while before they get to Scrub.  The best bet is to ask the Concierge at Scrub Island to call for you and arrange a pickup time.  When you are there, don’t forget to order one of Pusser’s famous Painkillers!
