I have to be honest. Italian-Japanese fusion? Is that a thing? I mean I love Italian and I love sushi, but it seems like an odd combination for a restaurant, and then add on the beach club with the purple lights and a DJ. It seems like it shouldn’t work, but somehow it does, and makes Savi Beach Club a great addition to our Anguilla restaurant list.
Savi is located on Meads Bay between Frangipani and the Four Seasons. When you turn towards Meads Bay from the main road, you reach the point where it curves to run east. At that point, you will turn left on to a small road which leads toward Savi. When you enter, you’ll see a long boardwalk alongside a fountain which leads you toward the bar.
The menu offers pasta, pizza, meat, and fish dishes, along with sushi, sashimi, and maki. The dinner menu can be found here. I do love my maki in a dragon boat!
Next trip, we’ll have to stop in for lunch. Poke or Bao sounds great along the beach!
