When planning a family trip to the Caribbean, Spice Island Beach Resort immediately comes to mind. Everyone in the family can do their own thing, eat and drink as much as they want, and enjoy the best beach on the island. We last visited in 2021, just after COVID restrictions were lifted, with our son, but this time brought the whole family, including my daughter and son-in-law. It seems too simple to call it “food and drink” at Rosewood’s Jumby Bay, Antigua. It was like fine dining at every meal, and a wide variety of cocktails at each of the resort bars.
