When you have traveled to a place seven times, it’s easy to get into a pattern of visiting the same places and eating at the same restaurants each trip. We do try to add a couple new places every time we visit Anguilla, and were excited to try Artisan Pizza Napoletana in Island Harbour. Even though we stayed on the west end, it was an easy drive out to Island Harbour. I love the fresh seafood and local dishes when traveling to the Caribbean. However, after a while, I get a taste for something different or a taste of home. When on Anguilla, a great stop is Madeariman’s, where you not only have a selection of great French dishes, but you can have your favorite pizza, baked in the wood-fired oven.
